Can you play the songs that are important to us?
Absolutely! Any song that is important to you is important to me and I am absolutely happy to play any song at any event. If you have a friend's accordion cover of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" or just want to be sure that I play "Here Comes the Bride" during the processional I will make it happen.
Would we need to rent any equipment?
I have done some very large events and have yet to have an event that required more than my current set up. However, if your venue is so large that I need to get extra gear, I will coordinate the pickup and drop--off of the equipment. All you would need to do is pay the rental fee, plus a $50 convenience charge.
Who will do the setup?
Me! I am usually a one man operation, which means I usually take care of everything on this front. Occasionally, I hire individuals to assist with setup and tear down, but you won't be charged extra for this service.
How many hours are included?
The base package includes up to 6 hours from when the event starts. I charge $125 per hour extra after that. I never charge for my set up and tear down time.
Can you act as master of ceremonies?
Yes! It's one of my favorite parts about being a DJ! I actually prefer to be the MC as it tends to make things run a little smoother. If for any reason you want someone else to act as MC, please let me know in advance as that person and I will have to work together fairly closely.
